Failiure to produce this code will result in the lesson not going ahead and the  full lesson fee being forfeited.  You must be fit to drive. Your instructor will check your eyesight on your first lesson. You must be able to read a car number plate from a distance of 20 metres with glasses or contact lenses if you wear them. It is also your responsibility to have regular eye check ups and report any deterioration  of eyesight to your eyecare professional for advice as to fitness to drive.

You must  immediately inform your instructor of any change in your eligibility to hold a licence either through changes in health, eyesight  or any motoring convictions.
