Cancellation Policy
All lessons are non-refundable and are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any lesson cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the lesson commencing will be charged in full. Should a driving test be cancelled through no fault of the instructor and it is within 48 hours of the test ,the hours you have reserved for the test will be charged in full, with the exception of bad weather. The pupil is entitled to claim any costs incurred due to a test cancellation directly from the DVSA. In these circumstances the pupil will of course be given the option of having a lesson in place of the test.
All lessons and block booking offers must be paid in full at the point of booking by bank transfer/Pay pal. All bookings must be arranged by phone or text message prior to payment .No bookings will be accepted unless lesson availability has been discussed and agreed. Once payment is received your booking will be confirmed either by text message ,email, or phone call .Single lessons must be completed within one month of payment being received. The 10 hour block bookings must be completed within 3 months,20 hour block bookings must be completed within 5 months. 40 hour block bookings must be completed within 8 months of being received. * The free 90 day access to the driver active online learning course is made available to students once payment for lessons has been received and the first lesson booked and confirmed. after the 90 days has elapsed there will be an option to continue access to this online course which has a subscription fee of £2.99 this pricing is correct at time of going to press. This price is subject to change without notice. Fit2drive.co.uk cannot be held liable for any changes in pricing and as such make no guarantees in this regard.
Safety is of paramount importance and if at any point during a lesson or partway through a block booking the instructor believes the pupil is posing a deliberate risk to themselves or others the instructor reserves the right to end the lesson immediately and/or cease teaching the pupil. The same terms apply to pupils who are unfit to drive either through alcohol ,drugs ,lack of sleep or a combination of these factors. The instructors decision on this is final. Any remaining hours will be non refundable. Any damage to the training vehicle caused by the pupil acting irresponsibly or dangerously will be charged by way of an invoice that is payable within 28 days from the date of issue.

*Lesson cancellations due to Covid-19 will not be subject to the terms above. any fees already paid will be transferred to the next lesson.
**If a lesson is cancelled due to Covid-19 . No further lessons will be booked for you for a period of two weeks to enable you to safely self isolate and ensure everyones safety. The exception to this is if you can produce a current valid Covid negative test.
